W. Terrence Kilroy chairs the Firm's Labor and Employment group and has experience in a wide range of labor law subjects, including NLRB matters, union organization campaigns, collective bargaining, Equal Employment Opportunity litigation, wrongful discharge litigation, preventive labor law, drug testing, employer negligence, disability discrimination and accommodation, occupational safety and health (OSHA), AIDS, polygraphs, and employees' privacy rights.

He has served as labor counsel for numerous national and major Kansas City companies.
