Professional Experience
Caroline Guest joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 2006, and focuses her practice in the area of employment law and litigation. She defends public and private employers of all sizes in state and federal employment litigation, including sexual harassment, disability, age, race and gender discrimination, wrongful discharge and breach of contract. Ms. Guest regularly drafts executive employment agreements, and negotiates executive severance packages.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Guest is a member of the Oregon Bar Association, American and Federal Bar Associations, as well as the Multnomah Bar Association and the Oregon Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Guest’s articles have been featured in Oregon Business magazine, Oregon Debtor-Creditor Newsletter, Northwest Public Power Association Bulletin, and Oregon Labor Letter. She also takes time to speak for continuing education programs such as the Oregon Bar Association’s and Multnomah County Bar Association's continuing legal education programs.
Ms. Guest is a member of the Board of Directors of Morrison Child and Family Services.
